Site Update – December 13, 2019:

During the week of December 6, 2019, CTS continued the In-Situ Chemical Injection (ISCO) treatment at the completed injection well casing locations. Potassium permanganate, used to break down contaminants into harmless compounds, was injected or emplaced at 5 of the 76 locations for a total of 8 completed locations. Installation of emplacements will continue the week of January 6, 2020.

Installation of additional injection well casings will continue the week of December 16, 2019.
